    Richard Roudeix has been elected EPCA president at the OGM on 30 June 2023 and is President Ventures EMEAI at LyondellBasell.

    Richard is currently responsible for LyondellBasell’s Olefins business for the Europe region and the president of LyondellBasell companies in France.

    A significant proportion of his career has been in the polymers business. Roudeix held several leadership roles in France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands and the USA, with business experience in Europe, North America and Asia at LyondellBasell and its predecessor companies Basell, Elenac, Montell and Shell. A French national, Roudeix graduated as a civil engineer from the prestigious École des Mines and completed a post-graduate programme at the French Petroleum Institute’s École nationale supérieure du pétrole et des moteurs.

    She sits on the boards of Nasdaq-listed companies Mattel and Warner Music Group and also the board of the HR Tech Company, Workhuman. She has served on Citigroup’s Politics and Economics Global Advisory Board, the Inclusive Capitalism Taskforce’s Advisory Group, and RWE’s Digital Transformation Board.      Noreena’s best-selling books, The Silent Takeover, The Debt Threat and Eyes Wide Open are published in more than twenty countries.     As a visionary thinker, Noreena is also frequently sought after as a Keynote Speaker and has given keynote speeches at TED, The World Economic Forum in Davos and Google Zeitgeist as well as for leading global corporations, sharing platforms with such luminaries as President Bill Clinton, Professor Stephen Hawking and Jane Goodall amongst others.  Her opinion pieces have appeared in publications including The New York TimesThe Washington PostThe Wall Street JournalThe GuardianThe Financial TimesDie ZeitEl Pais, and The South China Morning Post.

    Noreena also makes frequent television appearances around the world including on flagship television shows such as CBS’ This MorningBBC’s Question TimeNHK’s Global Debate. She has created and hosted four television documentaries; hosted her own show on the US’ largest radio network Sirius XM and served as the economics editor for the UK’s leading commercial television network, ITV.

    Noreena has a PhD from Cambridge University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Having spent 10 years at the University of Cambridge, in 2014 she moved to University College London where she is an Honorary Professor.

Sanja's career is marked by her passion for strategy development, team leadership, and process optimization. She has held several key positions at HELM AG, including Director of E2E Processes and Director of Supply Chain Base Chemical Solutions, where she successfully established and led a new centralized supply chain organization. Her expertise spans across various roles, from product management to senior leadership, demonstrating her ability to drive efficiency and innovation within complex business environments.

    Sanja's is currently studying an MBA in Performance Management from Leuphana University Lüneburg and holds a tri-qualifying Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Logistics from HFH Hamburger Fern-Hochschule. Beyond her professional achievements, Sanja is committed to female empowerment and has been instrumental in founding Women@HELM, a networking initiative aimed at fostering gender equality. She has been an active member of the EPCA Supply Chain Program Committee since 2022 and founded the Intermodal Transportation Network.

  • Ann Vereecke

    Ann Vereecke’s main interests are supply chain management and manufacturing strategy – and in particular, international manufacturing strategy. She has published several academic articles in these areas. Currently, she focuses on Industry 4.0 and how new digital technologies are transforming the supply chain.

    At Vlerick, Ann teaches Operations and Supply Chain Management on the MBA, Masters and executive programmes. She is actively involved in executive teaching and research projects for a broad range of companies, in many industries. And she’s the Director of the Research Centre for People in the Smart Digitised Supply Chain.

    Ann has served on the board of POMS (the US-based Production and Operations Management Society) and has been president of EurOMA (European Operations Management Association) and Vice President of VIL (Flanders Institute for Logistics). She currently serves on the boards of WhatsCooking?, Tessenderlo Group, bpost and North Sea Port.

    Tabita Verburg is Area President Dow Benelux, France, Iberica, UK and Nordics for The Dow Chemical Company. In her role, Verburg is driving the strategies to grow the company in this region, being responsible for leading Dow's operations with a particular focus on employee and stakeholder engagement as well as business development.

    Prior to her current position, Verburg was the EMEA & Terneuzen Site Contract Operations Director and responsible for the strategic development and execution to drive improvements in contract partnerships with key EMEA providers.

    Tabita brings broad experience in the E2E Value Chain and has held various roles in Human Resources, Purchasing, and Supply Chain, She provided leadership for Dow in Logistics, External partnerships, International Trade Compliance and Risk Management, Advocacy, Strategic Sourcing, Crisis Management, Project Management, Merger and Acquisitions, and Human Capital. She is actively leading the implementation of Dow’s Contract Labor Strategy Program, is a member of the Operations People Team advocating for global and regional Inclusion and Employee Engagement activities, global champion for Supplier Diversity, and is committed to delivering on Dow’s Sustainability journey.

    In addition, Tabita serves on the boards of different employers and industry associations including VNCI and AMCHAM Netherlands and is part of the VNO-NCW Leading Females community to leverage advocacy priorities at all levels of government together with the industry. Furthermore, she is Chair of Smart Delta Resources, a Dutch and Belgian industry and government initiative to explore and work on energy transition solutions.

    Tabita holds a BS in Human Resource Management from the Avans University of Applied Sciences in Breda and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt Project Leader. She has been nominated for the Dutch Sourcing Award for Operational Excellence, the Dow Transformation in Action Award, and the Supply Chain Excellence Award. She is a passionate member of the Dow’s regional LGBTQI chapter and advocates for Female leadership development.

    As Executive Sponsor for India, Hans is the senior representative for Stolt-Nielsen in the region, providing support and guidance on the execution of the company strategy across all operations.  

    From 2019 to 2022, Hans was Director of Strategy at Stolt Tankers, responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategy for the business. 

    Before joining Stolt-Nielsen, Hans spent 17 years at Maersk in various leadership roles related to container shipping and logistics. He holds a degree in Logistics and Transport Management from the National Transport Academy, Venlo and a Master's in business administration in Strategy, Marketing and Distribution from the University of Nijmegen. He is a Dutch citizen.
