This form is intended for sponsors, exhibitors, and meeting room renters who plan to use an external agency or booth builder. It serves to:
Reserve a loading/unloading zone and time slot
If your agency or contractor requires access to the loading/unloading zones at the InterContinental Berlin during setup or dismantling, you must book a time slot in advance. Access will only be granted to teams with a confirmed reservation.
Pre-register crew for on-site access
All personnel involved in setup or dismantling must be pre-registered for security purposes. Only registered individuals with valid identification will be allowed access to the venue during these phases.
