Participation Guidelines for our member companies
Can multiple people from the same company attend the ITN Workshop?
Yes, colleagues from the same company are welcome to join. We particularly encourage participation from different business units (e.g., sales, logistics, procurement, sustainability) to foster meaningful and diverse exchanges.
Do we need to register separately?
Yes, each participant must complete their own individual registration form.
Is there a group registration option?
No, each attendee must register individually.
Can we forward the registration to colleagues internally?
Registrations are nominative and cannot be forwarded internally. However, if you need to transfer your registration to a colleague, please contact us at meetings@epca.eu with your details and your colleague’s information (such as name, first name, job title, and email), and we will assist you with the substitution process.
Opening times / Badge pick-up
Participants of the ITN Workshop can collect their badge in the foyer outside meeting rooms I-II-III, located on the ground floor of the Hyatt Hotel Düsseldorf, between 10:00 and 10:30 in the morning. The workshop will then take place in those same meeting rooms I-II-III.
Dinner Location
Join us for a pleasant evening over dinner, a great opportunity to continue networking in a more informal setting.
The dinner will take place at 18h30. The exact location will be communicated at a later stage.
Please note that only participants who selected the "Workshop with dinner" option during registration will be able to attend the dinner.
If you are already registered but did not select the dinner option and would like to join, please contact us directly at meetings@epca.eu.
Accommodation
For participants traveling from outside Düsseldorf, or for anyone who wishes to stay overnight before the ITN Workshop, the Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf is offering rooms at a preferred rate.
You can benefit from this special rate by booking directly through our partner contact at the Hyatt, Mrs. Annika Massling.
When making your reservation, please mention that you are booking for the ITN Workshop with EPCA and include the following details:

Step-by-step guide on how to use the attendee hub
set up your profile visibility and access the attendee list
Please note: Only registered delegates with no outstanding dues will be able to access the attendee hub.
Access
Upon completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a link to the attendee hub, where you can manage your event details. If you need to resend the confirmation email, simply click on the arrow next to the "Register" button at the top of this page. Then, select the option to "Resend the confirmation email." A new window will prompt you to enter the email address you used during registration. Please provide the same email address to proceed.
Once you submit the email address, you will receive a new email with a magic link. Clicking on this link will instantly grant you access to the attendee hub, where you can explore event-related resources and get access to the attendee list.

Attendee Hub
Sign-in
Use the link provided in the confirmation email or request a login link to your email by resending the confirmation email, see above.
Once signed in you will see the following:

Attendee search and list download
You will be able to click on the "Attendees" section to access a new page where you can search for a specific delegate and download the attendee list.
Note: You will only have visibility of individuals and their respective details they have agreed to share and given consent to share that information.

To navigate back to the attendee hub simply click anywhere on the blurred picture on the screen.
Profile Visibility
During the registration process, you were asked whether you wanted your details (name, company, job title, email) to appear on the list of attendees. Here's what this means for you:
- If you selected "Yes," your name, company, job title, and email will be visible on the attendee hub and can be downloaded in the delegate list.
 - If you selected "No," none of your details will be displayed.
 
However, we would like to inform you that you now have the option to customize your selection in the Attendee Hub, here is how:
If you leave the box "o I agree to share my data" unticked none of your details will be displayed.
If you check the box "þ I agree to share my data" you can select which information is made visible to other attendees in both the online and downloadable list.
